Beginning August 4, 2008 Lutheran's House Call Services* program will provide medical care visits directly to you in your own home. House Call Services include:
- Regular communication with your private physician to keep them involved
- Physical examinations and diagnoses
- Treatment of chronic conditions
- Post-hospitalization visits
- Wound Care
- EKGs
- Blood work
- Referrals for specialty care
Appointments are scheduled at the patient's request as frequently as their medical conditions allow. Most insurances accepted.
