The Caribbean-American Family Health Center offers a full range of primary care health services for adults and children. The center is staffed by a team of health professionals and staff who can speak English, Haitian Creole, Spanish and French. The center, which opened in September 1998, is a beautiful, modern health care facility conveniently located on Church Avenue between E 34th and E 35th Streets in the East Flatbush section of Brooklyn.
