use this form to request journal articles unavailable at the Health Sciences
Library. This service is available to registered Library patrons only. Your
Library barcode is required to submit this form.
Use this form ONLY if the library does NOT carry the journal issue you need. To
determine whether the journal or book are owned by the Library please check
Online Catalog
or call x7200. If information is incomplete the request will be not oredered.
The Library pays $11 or sometimes even more for each requested item, so we can
only accept
10 requests per user each month. |
