The hospital experience can be confusing for patients and their families. Lutheran Medical Center wants every patient to have a positive experience. The Patient Relations Department is available to help with issues of concern. We are caring individuals who assist staff, patients and families to find answers and solutions to problems, concerns and unmet needs. Our staff is multi-lingual and culturally competent. A patient representative, who acts as a liaison among patients, families and the hospital, is available to help with special needs from Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. After business hours, on weekends and on holidays, you may seek help through an administrative supervisor by calling the hospital's operator.
